Service was great, food was good. My only issue is that I have a brace on my knee & they sat us at the bar which was very difficult for me & very uncomfortable. I believe that the hostess should have offered different seating options. That cut our visit short because I wasn't comfortable with the seating

I ordered 10 boneless wings. When I got back to work I opened my box and my wings were EXTREMELY burnt and dry. I called the manager and she was not apologetic at all. She actually sounded like she had an attitude that I was calling. She asked me if I could bring the food back. Well no ma'm I can't I had to get back to work. I only get an hour and I most certainly was not going to spend my lunch hour going back and forth with Roosters. Instead of her giving me a credit to replace these little burnt piece of chicken she said I can get 20% off. Well i couldn't enjoy 20% of my food!!! So why can't you just replace it. Then she said I can come before they close. So what am i supposed to do about lunch?? So i dang near broke teeth to eat what was supposed to be a good lunch. I was not going to sit in my office stomach growling until 5 to go and replace these wings. I'm not one of those serial complainers so for me to call it was really something wrong. And the fact that I am taking even more time out of my day to write this horrible review speaks volumes as to how bad this food was. I had never ever had any problems with this location the food has always been great until today. Plus the manager was not nice either. So with that being said, it will be a lonngggg time before I visit Roosters.
