Ordered online ahead for a swift pickup. Online ETA was 20 minutes. I sat in parking lot for 15 minutes, went inside, greeted well & right away 😃 qas given cups for drinks. I then sat an additional 15 minutes inside waiting for my order. I'm not who or what dropped the ball but the wait was horrible. I peacefully waited, was given an apology for the wait, but got home and none of my subs had a pickle spear in them. Disappointing, best part for me! I will return, just not the best experience/visit on 5/19/22. Thanks

This was my first time eating Firehouse. The cheese steak sub was delicious. What amazed me was the huge variety of drinks, with the options of Zero Sugar. Kudos! Great Customer Service.

First time visiting this establishment. Friendly staff. Good food. New building. Bread on my sandwich was a little soggy from all of the sandwich toppings. Maybe they offer a toasted bread option to avoid this?

This was a curbside pickup. Meals were ordered via Android app. Options were great. Food was brought to car.

If you decide to stop for lunch or dinner. The Hawthorne House is a mile away. A fantastic home in the Dayton area. Home to Orville and Wilbur Wright

I get it being a busy day but I sat for all 30 minutes of my lunch break and didn’t get to eat because they didn’t have enough people working. I witnessed probably 30 people standing around waiting.
