Penn Station East Coast Subs

The staff was rude and sitting on the food ordering counter! The sandwich was poorly constructed (thrown together) and the bread was hard! The French fries were not hot and couldn’t really be called French FRIES they were tiny pieces that looked like they were from the bottom of the basket. There were no paper towels in the ladies room. They were mopping the floors with a very sloppy wet mop. The floor was so wet that my mother who walks with a cane found her cane slipping. Update to my less than flattering review. Zach called me was very pleasant and he assured me these issues were addressed. They will make it right. I have never before had such a bad experience and I don’t expect I will again. Thanks for listening to the customers even when it’s hard to hear.

Penn Station is a nice thing to have around because sometimes I want a cheesesteak and this place is on the way home. The sandwiches are pretty good too, and if you like lemonade at all this is where you want to get that. They have plenty of other sandwiches and the ones I tried were mostly good too, but that cheesesteak stands out to me.

Best Penn Station I've been to and I go too alot of them being a truck driver..friendly staff always make my order correctly always done quickly and being a young staff so polite and hard working not playing on phones or anything other than what they are there for..good job keep it up..you'll know if you mess up I'll post it 😂😂😂
