Panera Bread

It took a bit for one of the staff to acknowledge me so I moved to another register. My breakfast sandwich was missing the sausage I ordered. They were polite, apologized and replaced it. The food was very good. The dining area was clean. There was staff who offered to remove my tray and trash. Overall a nice atmosphere, clean, nice staff.

Very disappointing experience. The cashier took a very long time taking our order which ended up causing them to miss many aspects of our order, such as large drinks, no onion, not asking about our sides until then end and saying baguettes are ok right? This would have been just fine if that was the only thing that happened. The soups were cold. The Mac and cheese looked as though it had been warmed up in a plastic bag and then dumped in the bowl. The salad had some lettuce that was frozen and some that was slimey. The sandwich that was ordered with no onions had ALL the onions. The entire restaurant was dirty. The floor was covered and many of the tables needed bussed. Even after all of this, we went up to get cinnamon rolls to go and after almost 5 mins of waiting decided to to just leave.
