This location boasts a wide variety of fresh donuts, coffee options and teas accompanying friendly (and quick) service. It is also clean and well maintained. There is a mobile pick up option here if you are in even more of a hurry.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Keep trying to give them a chance and it's just worse every time. The don't usually get the order right. there expresso machine hasn't worked in 6 months. And their parking lot is full of huge potholes and trash. And their drive-thru menu board has been messed up for months. management acts like they don't even care. Guess it's never going to change.

As I sit in the lobby. I'm listening to rap music, and being served by teenager who are to busy texting to notice a line is staring. Just wow guys.. wow. The lobby also was in grave need of a good cleaning. When you can see mold in the lighting you might think time...The girl posted was wearing gloves on her phone got an order put down her phone and started making food. Coffee cold and watered down. Not even worth the fight.

On a Sunday...traffic from Spring Break travelers...really? Poor scheduling! Thankfully Panera was just down the street. We could get out, stretch, and have a far better breakfast!!

Well when we walked in this place was like a ghost town, no other customers at 10:45 Saturday morning.
Upon ordering I know now just why.
First got the sausage egg and cheese Bagel, Bagel was stale, the mocha latte had zero flavor.
Second it would not have done any good to day anything to the employees as everyone was on their cell phone. One of my friends asked for mayo it was an inconvenience to break away from phones for customer service.
If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I don't know who this Rachel Cox is who left a positive review but she surely did not visit this store at night. We asked for refills of our mugs and told we were being charged for medium not small size even though the mugs do not hold any more than the small size cup. It was near closing time and we received two warm, not hot, coffees. Poor customer service and attitude will not keep this place open very long. I will inform corporate.

Disclaimer: I like espresso drinks, so Tim Hortons won't get a high star review from me...they only serve coffee drinks and really, the coffee isn't that special. The coffee was 'OK'...I usually drink Starbucks, and was missing the bite. Staff was friendly, the cashier even told me (somewhat conspiratorially) that she'd give me the senior discount because I looked close enough (I'm 60). I had a toasted cheddar cheese bagel, which i'd rate as pretty good.

Had to give my drive thru order at least 4 times. Plus, when I got to the window they had to verbally double check my order. You would think after hearing my order that many times, they would be more than able to give me my correct order, but 2/3 donuts were not the right ones. Worst Tim Hortons experience ever...and I went to one once where I sat at the drive thru window for at least 5-10 minutes waiting for my food.
