Food was good but friend ended up finding a hair in their food and upon telling an employee they started yelling at us and acting like they wanted to start a fight and saying they couldn't see any hair when it was clearly very visible, it was none of ours as the hair color/length didn't match, plus it was melted into the food not just laying on top. While it may not have been one of the employees hairs nor intentional that didn't change the fact that there was a hair cooked into the food and then being yelled at by an employee because we said something to them about it. Very rude and not great service.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Had a hair in my food and let the servers know but they did nothing but blame me for putting it there without resolving the problem. Will not go back, horrible customer service

Totally dissatisfied with the chicken cheese steak I purchased. The submarine did NOT have lettuce and tomatoes. However, it did have a lot of chicken with sparingly cheese

I use door dash for my orders. Food is great the staff is great. My only cons is when I order 4 subs with different toppings I seem to get the toppings I don't want.When they write on the sub wrappers to identify which sub it is the handwriting isn't easy to read. And they cram like 3 subs 4 reg sides and a cookie all in one bag. That's all. But great food and service!!!!!

Always great subs.. I have a very special thanks for deconstructing my sub sandwich so I could put it together myself when I got home.. I hate soggy bread and submarine house have totally amazing bread btw

The building is a little bit run down, but the food is really good. Their cheesesteak is awesome. They put this really good homemade red pepper relish on them (not really spicy) that adds a tangy zip to the sandwich. It's a unique touch.
