Burger King

The younger manager was great. My French toast sticks were soggy. The main manager was horrible. Very rude and running her mouth because she was asked to make fresh sticks that were actually not raw in the middle. She proceeded loudly to made rude remarks and kept on running her mouth. Finally I fussed to the other manager about her. But she's the main boss I guess so what good does that do. I told them I'm calling corporate, which I am. Food was disgusting all around and service, except from the one girl Paige, was awful!!!

We have been to this Burger King several times. However today, there were several problems. We ordered for Whoppers all made different ways. We were asked to pull around, which is no problem. However when they brought our food to us, there was no onion ring sauce. So the runner had to go back inside to get sauce. In the meantime, we pulled out our for Whoppers. However, none of them were marked and how they were made. So we had to dig through each one to find out what it was. She looked at us and said, oh I'm sorry. Well we think that people should be trained to say something like, "that is our fault I will let the manager know so he or she can instruct the grill workers and proper procedures for making the customer happy." But, This is fast food...

I went to this BK at 2.30pm today and ordered a whopper jr with cheese meal. They had no cheese and no fries, the lady at the window said we are closing. I then said what time are you closing, she replied “ I get off at 12” which didn’t make sense, either she’s on until midnight or they are closing and she’s working over. I looked online and the hours said they were open until midnight! Anyway, she asked me if I wanted Jalapeño bites because they didn’t have fries, which I said no to, but they charged me for fries anyway because it was the meal combo I ordered. The burger and the jalapeño bites were terrible, I mean it all tasted totally old as if it had been sitting left to get cold and reheated like a microwave heat, warm and soggy. I remember going to this BK on airway before and the food tasting terrible, and I’ve been to other BK and the food is fresh and mouthwatering. Seriously this BK on airway gives BK a really bad reputation as their food and service is sloppy. I will never go there again, unless your drunk and desperate go to McDonald’s at least their food is hot.

The employees are so rude. The shift manager, Jake, had no clue how to run a store. If you want to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes when you are the only customer in the dining room, then this is the place for you. Or if you like being ridiculed by the employees while you eat, because you inquired about what the wait was for, then definitely go here.
