Lauryn is the absolute best server I've had. We go there regularly just to see her. Food is good however very slow last time I went. Buy Lauryn makes it fun and friend everytime

I ordered delivery last night, and the food was SO GOOD. Everything was fried PERFECTLY. Crispy, but not over-cooked, not soaked in grease, and golden brown. It was still hot, boxed-up with care, on time, and large portions for the $.
Idk who you all have cooking back there, but give him a raise, cuz he’s awesome!

Food is good, service is not. Used their app to place a to-go order and watched some girl bring my food out, set it on a bottom shelf and walk away. After 15 minutes, had to approach another girl to ask if I could have my food. Customer service here is laughable and lacking. Better training definitely needed.

Visited 3/17. Got sat instantly ( thank you hostess). Sat at the table for 30 min without ever getting a drink on my table. Notified the hostess around 15 minutes after getting sat and someone else( possible manager) explained to us how the server was busy and that she was going to take drink orders to help out our server?..ended up walking out after another 15 minutes of drinks being ordered as I wasted 30 min of my life on a place I once enjoyed. Will never go back to this location.

Super disappointing. Pro: kitchen was open past 10 pm on a Saturday.
Cons: cold-- people at the tables around us had put jackets back on, as did our table. Very loud (and felt like it was getting louder). Food was, at best, meh. Chicken wings were ok but poorly sauced. Crinkle fries were bad, and everything was cold or cool. Drinks were OK. Wait staff looked to have too many tables. Even though we had a pretty simple order, we got our food after two other tables (who had come in behind us) hit there's-- and one had a larger party.
We won't be back.

My order consisted of chicken chunks, 10 wings, nachos and fried pickles. I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 7:50pm. I get there at 8:10 and they said they was running 15-20 minutes behind. I told the woman at the window that it is 20 minutes past my pick up time. I preceded to go sit back in my car. At 8:30 i called to check on order. I finally received my order at 8:36. Almost an hour past original pick up time. I get home expecting hot food. Nope, pickles was cold, my chucks was lukewarm( tasted great)nachos, was good and the wings was warmer than chunks but not hot. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in my food. I understand being understaffed but almost 2 hours for an order is crazy. I also think that having a walk up window for pick up is ludicrous. To stand in line in the cold is very poor customer service.

Waitress was friendly and made sure we were taken care of quickly. Food was great and our dining and take out orders were fantastic. It was very clean also.
