Chipotle Mexican Grill

The location was easy to find. Large parking lot directly behind, even with dual front and back building entrances for convenience. My only complaint was that they didn't use the pick up shelf at all. All the pick up orders were stashed back in the kitchen and you just had to know to ask the kitchen staff for it. No sign. The line reached about five or six people before anyone from kitchen came out to check The pick up shelf was huge compared to other locations, too. Being from out of town, and trying to get back home, this was a bit inconvenient. But otherwise, food was correct and delicious. Order was ready and waiting at scheduled time of pickup. Front of house staff also kept the line moving at a brisk pace. It was impressive.

The wait wasn't long. This place is closer for me to go to after work, than going closer to home. The food was fine. I got the steak for the first time as a side. I liked it. 👍 I also had double chicken, as usual. At this shop they lock the restrooms, not a good sign!!! Let's you know what side of town you're on.

Don’t waste your hard earned money on doordashing this restaurant. These are unacceptable small portions and majority of the bowl was beans. Many coworkers have commented about how I got cheated out of my money. Sadly will not be ordering chipotle anymore. This is so disappointing because chipotle is good… when they give you food 🥲 Left a comment on the chipotle website and they added a bogo entree to my account within 30 minutes. But just upsetting I had to go in-store to get a decent portion meal.

One star is because one time my order was good. Every other time we've got takeout from this location there is something wrong. Horrible/stale chips, terrible ratios, terrible serving sizes, missing ingredients, etc. I will be avoiding this location like the plague moving forward. Best part of my meal today was the Kirkland brand chips that I replaced out chips with.
