I actually visited the location on the military base. The service was great and she did give me a different order. I originally order the Tuesday special and I felt the wings weren’t cooked well enough for my liking and the ribs still had pink in them. I exchanged for the turkey sandwich and when I asked for mayo she told me they didn’t have any.

First visit was fairly good, but do not eat here on Friday's. It is all leftovers from the rest of the week. I had the mac and cheese and when I got to my desk it was horrible. It ended up being thrown in the trash and since I have limited time on my lunch break I had no time to go back, or anywhere else for lunch.
Not a value, not recommended.

This restaurant failed to deliver food we ordered for my dad's memorial service. You can't imagine how much of a problem this caused with our family in a difficult time! We called after to ask why and were told they didn't get our email confirming the order. We have an extensive email stream that details our communications and agreed to the nearly $1000 price. Very irresponsible!

I placed an order thru Door Dash, but had to cancel within minutes because I was not going to be at home.....I spoke with a manager named "Cody" who said he would watch for the transaction to post and cancel it from the system (as evidently it was too early to actually remove it as an order) I never received the credit back to my account........SAD! Today is MLK day so the restaurant is closed, I will be calling back on Tuesday 1/22 to see why my money was not refunded!

I bought a combo. The ribs and mac 'n cheese were good, but didn't like the seasoning of the wing(ettes).

The sauce selection was deceptive, the only flavor in the food was liquid smoke (which is the taste equivalent of charred wood). The sides were completely inedible.

Food is NASTY. I had to take the wings home and rinse them off and then COOK them-never again.

Was downtown on business and was extremely disappointed to find the downtown location closed. Needless to say, ruined my lunch for the day.
