Very very very unhappy! The manager was most unpleasant! He's the one that took our order. He was not helpful at all. The fries were not even hot, they were lukewarm at best. And my fish and my partner's chicken I had raw batter.... see picture. I will absolutely never come back to this restaurant again. And I will spread the news and recommended Centerville location.. or better yet go to Captain D's.

We got there a little after 8pm. They close at 9pm so we were worried they wouldn't be happy to see us since they would be cleaning up to get ready for home. But that was not the case at all. They were all so friendly. Three of them came out at different times to make sure we had everything we needed. They offered to get more sauce out for us but we told them we were fine. When I went up to get a box to take home the left overs the gentleman was extremely polite. Plus the fish was hot and fresh and delicious,

Avoid this location—first they tried to overcharge me, then when I caught that, they served me a piece of fish that was ice cold and appeared to have been dropped on the floor. Didn’t even open the cole slaw; just threw it all out.

We went in at 545pm and stood in line behind another man for 5 minutes, then after about 15 minutes of being ignored by the staff (not even an "I'll be right with you" or a "Hi") we finally got to order. Our food order which was 3 fish tacos, 4 pieces of fish, an order of green beans, and 2 med fries in total took the next 20 minutes to reach our table. Finally, by 6:25 we had our food, only 40 minutes after we went in this "fast food" establishment. All on top of the fact that they do not honor the unlimited fish and chicken deal on the website, which is now undoubtedly because they couldn't make food that fast if they tried. Overall a big waste of my time, I won't be going back for a while.

Needless to say the food was amazing I left satisfied as always. The service at first was a bit sketchy, but later on we found out that the poor manager was so stressed because her cook showed up ridiculously late without a acceptable excuse on why he was late. Plus we found out a guy that was in line behind us was busted for stealing bottles of Vinegar. Come on stealing vinegar! But later into our meal the service was amazing, and the manager came over too us herself and apologize.

The person in the drive thru appeared to be laughing at me with a coworker after requesting extra tarter sauce. I didn’t like paying 10 plus dollars for food that’s been sitting there too long. Not fresh and very greasy!

The crab cakes was cook to hard. That's make the 3rd time I have been there and whatever I order the food will be cook to hard in the grease. Now the people who work there are very nice but the cooking has to improve some. I hope it will get taken care of soon. Also the fish as well. Everyone is talking about how hard it is cook, like it's over cook or left over Grease. Clean the grease out that might work. Something needs to be done. thanks

The younger black chick was very very rude. When she took my order she acted like I was such a bother just to take my order. I asked what kinda fish taco’s they have and she told me salmon and fish. Then while she was ringing me out she was very rude the whole time and after she handed me my food I said thank you and she slammed the window shut and didn’t say anything. She didn’t ask if I needed any condiments or anything and she didn’t give me any napkins or anything else not even straws for the drinks
