Little Caesars

Called my order ahead of time and it wasn't ready. The cashier said it would be up in a couple of minutes so I payed for the pizza. Waited about 10 minutes and still no pizza. Went up to a different cashier and told them my name and asked about my order and said that it hadn't been put in yet but yet I called in ahead of time. I waited in that store for a half hour for my pizza. It seemed everyone was confused that evening. A lot of yelling in the kitchen. No sign of a manger's presence there. One of the team members should of stepped up and taken the lead on this Friday night. Once we got the pizza, it was good!

Cheap pizza that is great when its hot. Would have given five stars if hot and ready were actually ready but had to wait almost 15 min. Also cashier said a few min wait when actually it was longer and then when new pizzas were added to stove she kept taking new orders instead of clearing some of us out waiting. I had to ask for my pizza, lol

We love the pizza but Hot and Ready does not mean ready. Their scanning system is a hot mess. Someone comes in places an order, you have pizzas in the warmer but they make you wait ?? Ordered two lunch combos. It took 20 mins and four combos went out before ours and those people just walked in. System needs revamped.

Shout out to the cashier who held it down tonight she actually took orders Cashed them in man and went back there and made the pizzas for everyone all because her cook wanted to stand there and complain about how people came in 20 minutes before closing and how she was going to quit her job and all of us customers were inconsiderate for coming in at this time excuse me ma'am most of us just got off work sorry that you hate your job and you're sitting here complaining loudly in front of customers holding up the line while the cashier does all the work how inconsiderate of you only giving it three stars because the cashier was very considerate and even said it don't worry about what the cook in the green shirt said literally the cook stopped making pizzas to rant while the cashier did all the work the whole time I was there from 9:40 to 10:15 instead of helping her coworker. I ordered 1 classic pepperoni cut in squares.

I don’t know why I even keep coming back, I loved the little Caesars when it was in Kmart on woodman but this one is a joke. So the last few times I’ve been there I’ve waited for ever for a hot and ready pizza, so I thought I’d call my order in today so hopefully no to little wait. While on the phone I ordered a deep dish and the man told me they stopped selling them after 4 but when I got there they were selling them left and right, he also said it’d be done in 20 mins but I actually waited 45 mins AFTER I got there and that was 15 mins after I had placed the order. We ordered the extra most bestest with double chz. We finally got our order and get home to see it was only cheese!! I can’t do it lol. This is the last time I’ll ever go back. Oh did I mention how rude some of the staff is???
