Wendy's

This is the worst Wendy’s around. This morning they have a closed sign up for maintenance yet I witnessed a worker running inside probably late. The “no card only cash” sign didn’t work for long so they switched it to something else. Google states they are open 6:30am-11pm Mon- Sat and 8am- 11pm on Sundays. How come they closed on a Sunday at 7pm. They open and close as they please. The workers have an attitude all the time. Heaven forbid they actually have to work. I could go on but I’ll leave this here. No stars in my opinion.

March 3 , pulled up at 2:53 , was told they can't take orders for at least ten to fifteen minutes due to a shift change.... Uhmmmm WHAT ? Lmao ,since when do shift changes stop orders from going through?? This Wendy's has some dam problems, it should probably just shut down or get all new management... If you have to stop taking orders for a shift change you're not doing something right..... Okay the last time I went to this Wendy's I didn't get tomatoes or lettuce on my junior bacons, this time I went to Wendy's today is December 12th, and it's literally like 6:38 so this is right when people start coming in for dinner... Somehow the registers are down I b******* you not, so they're not taking any orders, this has to be one of the worst Wendy's around honestly cuz last time I came in it was a car line of like maybe 10 cars so not only can they not handle short rushes, but sometimes I feel like they stop serving purposely if that makes sense. Just so they don't have to work, one time I drove by and they were all sitting on the inside of the restaurant, but nobody answered the speaker.

Simply be careful folks they don't accept more than $30 order after 9 PM I assume. Of course extremely rude associate, please if you are short handed announce it after greeting and apologize, I'll understand, but not in the middle of my order telling me you are short staffed and no more than $30 order. Been customer for years ... Never going back there. Thanks Wendy's for lack of professional customer service.

This is experience was not the best, I pull up to the drive through and sit there for a minute. I asked are they closed the lady says no but we only accept cash right now and to give her a minute. I wait for 7 minutes to be exact and ask can I place a order or pull up to the window like the previous car did to take a order. No one respond. I pull to the window and soon as I pull off the lady takes the care behind me order. I asked her did she hear anything I said back there and she said no. This is unacceptable that this happens almost all the time at this location. It’s Every time around this time they only accepting cash or card. They turn the lights off as if they are closed and it’s only 9:00. The hours should be updated on the website. This location needs to hire more dependable employees or new management. This place is going down hill.
