This place is incredible!!! I order roast beef sandwich and mashed potatoes....so good...in fact I ordered a Turkey sandwich and macaroni & cheese to go, which I will eat tomorrow for lunch. Also ordered a ginormous slice of cheesecake to devour later tonight. The prices were great, as I paid the same amount I woulda paid for a value meal at a fast food joint...I will definitely be re visiting soon....staff were impeccable, and the restaurant was spotless! Two enthusiastic THUMBS UP!

My wife has ordered here multiple times. The food is good and is what i would expect for a reasonable deli chain establishment. Only once has an order been incorrect (asked for no honey mustard) but we are all human and make mistakes. I rate 4 stars because the food is good but nothing exceptionally special.

Very bad experience. Food had to be remade 3 times, for both me and my friend. Spent my entire lunch hour there and walked away with no lunch. On top of my food being prepared incorrectly, including finding a very visible hair on top of my salad, the staff was very very rude about it. Despite my being very polite and respectful, I never received an apology but instead was brushed off with an eye roll. I've seen more polite, professional behavior from McDonald's employees.

It’s so unfortunate the way this facility is ran. There is currently one person waiting on a line of people to the door. The tables have been left dirty, because there aren’t enough employees to stop and clean. This is the second time our family has visited, hoping the second time would be different, but it is not. The food is taking 30 minutes + to be deleivered to the table, and for a higher priced sandwich shop you would expect a lot more. I think this place could succeed if they scheduled their employees better. The employees keep saying to other customers “ I’m sorry we are behind” hopefully this place will do better in the future.

This place is falling apart! Wax paper on my club sandwich which I ended up eating a few bites before I realized something wasn't tasting right. A gentleman next to me stated that his tea had a fly in it! Customer service upon entering was fantastic! Very helpful, since it was our first time in. Shortly after my boyfriend and I sat down to enjoy our lunch we noticed that one of the employees had brought her children into work with her. Her children were eating leftovers from other tables. Overall, the company and food selection is great, but the people providing you a service, not so much!

Foods always awesome. Definitely get a sense that employees don't want to be there often and having the drink foundation behind the counter requires the cashier's to get refills for me, which is inconvenient for us both.

Consistently bad service at this location. 3 times we've been here, 2 times good wrong, 3rd time out of potatoes at 6 o'clock. The manager clearly isn't engaged at all. Health violations in cleanliness. Very disappointed; we were so happy to get McAllister's, just a let down.

I love McAlister's! The food options are so good and so fresh. They also have REALLY good desserts. The only downside is it can get kinda pricey, especially when ordering a drink.
