Mcdonald's

Fast food?!?! Considering there were no customers AT ALL in the restaurant it took forever to get my food. I was waiting 13 minutes before the bag was practically flung at me. My frappe had caramel dripping down the side of the cup. I'd rather go without my Big Mac then visit here again. The ONLY high point was the cleanliness of the place, however, I didn't go there to eat my food off the floor, I was taking it to go!!

This McDonald's has definitely made some improvements but there is definitely still a struggle. Never have issues with breakfast orders, but after that...smh. I haven't had a filet of fish in I don't know how long and was craving one today. Total disappointment sooo much tarter sauce and I guess I can't have a whole piece of cheese, plus the fries tasted old. Didn't have time to go back because of work. Drive through staff was friendly and fast, but I'll stick to breakfast only.

The 2 for $2 Mc chicken deal isn’t here anymore. The employees couldn’t understand us and weren’t paying attention to us more than half of the time. Had to ask for sauces even though we asked for them at the window and even before the window. The cheeseburger we got had no cheese and was nearly cold. The “extra pickles” were only 2 pickles total. A disappointment.

It's tragic that it's mostly people of color here and they're super ghetto and you have to PRAY to see a Yt person who won't be super disrespectful because of a mistake or misunderstanding. Don't waste your time coming here, go to the Needmore McDonald's. They won't give you attitude, cold food, or mess up your order every freaking time you come through. I work in customer service and I've worked in food since I was 16 years old and these people but the T in Trifling and the L in lazy. You'll say "extra pickle extra onion" and get none of either. Their phone is disconnected cause they're too broke to pay their phone bill (MANAGERS WORDS NOT MINE) Not sure if she was being sarcastic but it wouldn't surprise me, honestly. This store is taking too many Ls to ever be a good McDonald's. Jesus. There's NO black excellence here. How embarrassing.
