Vietnamese Bistro

Wow! I had an excellent meal. After reading the reviews I knew I wanted to come here because I enjoy different cuisine. I was a bit skeptical at first because we were the only people there, but we were happily greeted and treated by the host/server who took care of us and was happy to explain any thing on the menu. I had ordered the autumn soup and the curry pork at a #4 spice heat. Dang!!!! Spot on with the spice. Not miserably hot, but enough heat to get the blood pumping. The autumn soup was outstanding! I have honestly never had a dish with a taste like that. If you are not eating here and you are in the Dayton area then you are doing yourself a serious disservice. I will definitely be coming back. Great little family run restaurant. Interior is clean with some photos of Vietnam hanging about. Staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding our decision for ordering. We got the Caramelized ginger and onion chicken with egg noodle, Rice noodle salad with chicken and an order of egg rolls. Food was fantastic in taste. Portions aren’t overly large which I’m ok with but if you’re sharing with someone be aware. The egg rolls were smaller than expected but these were handmade in the back for sure and still tasted great. I can’t wait to revisit this shop to try many more of their offerings. A hidden gem for sure in small town Dayton.
