Pizza Hut

I understand that places are short staffed and that mistakes happen. The manager did call me and gave me a couple of options since our pizza was 1 and a half hours late. She explained that the order was lost and that I had an option to have it re-made and a 50 dollar credit, or a full refund. I opted to have it remade, pizza arrived and it was undercooked extremely. Dough was different and not like the flavorful pizza hut dough. So even though we got our pizza, it was very bland and doughy. The parts that were cooked were not soft. Almost like something was missing from the dough. Usually I would leave a great review but this time was really bad. Hopefully pizza is better next time when we decide to order for our kids birthday party again.

I ordered a pizza last weekend for my birthday. I've had a couple good pizzas from them since I've moved here so I figured it'd be decent. I ordered a supreme pizza along with other stuff. When it arrived it smelled heavily of burned mushrooms. The slices were small, and there was hardly any meat on the pizza and way too much crust. If I wasn't hungry I would've returned it. I felt sick the next day. It was unappetizing and horrendous. You wouldn't think someone would do that to a pizza.

We ordered a Detroit pizza as we always do when they have it & this time the pizza was delivered uncooked with raw dough & cheese that was not even cooked . We proceeded to call and couldn’t get through to the store it’s self only through a “ call center “ so then we proceeded to head down to the store . We got there they apologized said they’d make a pizza & then we opened the new “ Detroit “ pizza and it was literally a big boxed dinner with sauce on top , clearly not deep dished . At this point we said forget it and ended up tossing the pizza .

4/12/19 Employee who called was nice about the fryers not working, so no chicken wings, but my pizzas were demolished, almost no crust on them, either something wrong with the oven, or the process not being followed properly, huge bubbles in the crust, and a good 40 to 50% of the crust was missing. Seems like toppings missing too. Not happy at all. Worst pizza I've gotten here, usually pretty happy with it.

Website can be a little more confusing when ordering what you want then what they actually have available. Also they messed up on a delivery but promised the points for a free pizza but never got it. Called about it but became more of than hassle then it's really worth. Good pizza but at times really not worth the extreme hassle of getting.

Showed up for order at pick up time, said they ran out of dough and they never made my order. Didn’t receive a call and they continued to take orders?! I sent my feedback to the pizza hut contact/us and the New RGM, Miracle reached out apologized and said they would give me $50 credit and a free meal. I provided my contact info but have had no response since that apology and offer. I was already waiting, had a bad experience and left with no pizza. There seems to be no urgency to fix the problems at this location. I suggest going to 1st and 10, never been disappointed with their pizza! Until this location identifies why their standard is not consistent id stay away until their reviews get to above at least a 4- usually a good indicator of sustained improvement.
