Little Caesars

I am beyond disgusted and disappointed at this location. I came in here at 9:30pm to order and the two girls in here ignored me while one was standing around eating the free cookies. The other girl began taking my order very rudely and then they just had me waiting over 30mins for 2 pies. She then tries to hand me 1 pie and i reminded her that I ordered 2 which led me to wait another 15 mins. The cashier then took another order and yelled out that that would be the last order for the night meanwhile the site says they close at 11pm but she insisted on locking the doors anyways. When someone asked for the manager she replied that she was the manager and walked away. I will not be returning to this location. The employees are young and don’t care about customer service.

Went here on 12-31-21 around 7:30 young man at the front had some braids and the lights were off in the front of the store and the door was locked. When we asked if they were open he said “not really but depending on what you want to order”. I know it was New Year’s Eve but if you guys were suppose to be open and operating then that should have been the case. Got a cheese pizza and it was good

This place need to be shut down period , the staff is ignorant as hell .I guess it’s the norm , living in the hood. They don’t greet you , they are so rude. They have all kind of ppl in the back doing nothing , they stay on there personal phones . Let’s not talk about the cursing , omg I bet there parents are proud lol. I said all of tht to say my breadsticks wasn’t done…..I really was looking forward to it , we’ll tht was a waste of money …..

I left this store on Sunday, and this is what I encountered: 3 young black males who knew the female employee of this location. They were loud, cursing, walking behind the counter looking for her and waiting for her to come to the front of the store. When the young lady comes to the front, she's giving out hugs, wrapping a scarf around her head, and unblocking one of the young men that's standing in front of her from social media. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! One of the young men look back at me and says, "Aye bruh do you want to order something?" As if he works there! Mind you this went on for 10 minutes! Oh! I placed my order online around 4:30pm, and stated I'd pick it up at 7:15 pm. It's now 7:45pm and IT WAS NOT READY! I seriously need this location to do better. Close it down and start over.

They continually BURN your pizza!!! I have complained about this issue several times. Last night I ordered online for 9:30 pick up. I got to the store early and was told they will put them in the oven now since I was early. The guy brought my 3 pizzas out to my car, and since the boxes felt hot I didn't check to make sure they were correct. When I got them home and opened the box, 2 of the 3 pizzas were burnt. And I have been trying to call the store and they are not answering. I will be there tomorrow for my refund.
