Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Beans do not come with the Buffalo chicken wrap, but that’s exactly what I received. I ordered two smoothies one of which never came. And they gave me the most stingiest containers of corn ever. ONE of the most irritating parts of all, you can’t even reach them without going there physically. No call no nothing.

I went to this location this morning and I ordered the chick bacon ranch sandwich. As I’m eating my sandwich it has paper in it they didn’t remove the paper off the turkey. This is a young group of people working at this location they are busy talking and playing and not paying attention to what they are suppose to be doing when preparing customers food or smoothies. The young man Cooper whom I addressed my issue with quickly corrected my order and apologized for my order not being prepared correctly. The staff needs more food service training and if they are there to work they need to pay attention when preparing food.

I used to love this place, but is getting worse every time I order. On my last two orders, the consistency of the smoothie was off. It was runny, and didn’t taste right. On my last order, I got the new Hawaiian wrap. There was barely anything in it, and the combination of flavors was strange. The time before that I got the bacon ranch wrap. On both occasions the chicken was gristly and chewy. There were inedible pieces in the wraps. Again, wanting to try something new, I got the kale salad. It was absolutely disgusting! The dressing was horrible. This used to be my go-to smoothie place, but now I’m kind of scared to order from here again. It’s really gone downhill since they opened.

Made my order and stepped out to take a call and when I returned they had given my smoothie to someone else that was sitting down with my smoothie in their hand, and the heavy set Caucasian girl got upset and let out a loud irritate sound when I said I wanted a new one and I refused to take the smoothie from the customer. With everything going on in the world this just shows the lack of cleanliness these employees most likely have in all aspects. The fact that this smoothie shop is a hit or miss if your smoothie will actually taste like a smoothie and not a watered down slushy, to decide to take on the odds of that gamble and be presented with such rudeness and disrespect I will never again come to this location again, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Really terrible overpriced salad. I don't think I've had a worse, low-quality salad for $9.00 ever. ALL ICEBERG lettuce, 4 spinach leaves and chicken that tasted sour. I literally just threw the whole thing away. Please stop overcharging for bad salads. Dear owner, please save your generic response. I've already complained to corporate. Thanks

Shout out to Abbie and the rest of the staff at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! While waiting on my turn for a haircut I begin to feel a little hungry. I had no idea what I wanted but the thought of a fresh smoothie seemed appetizing. Upon walking into the establishment I was greeted by everyone on staff. When I explained that I had no idea what I wanted they told me of their most popular food items. Still uncertain I asked them to just surprise me. And surprise me they did! I received a delicious chicken and cheese flatbread, wholesome roasted Maple sweet potatoes and a very refreshing lime berry smoothie!! Everything was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. Thank you so much for satisfying my hunger and cravings I did not even realize I had. I look forward to my next visit!

This Location is Trash. 1st time was decent. 2nd time they messed my friend's order up. And today as soon as I walked in, they decided not to take my order because they were backed up. They wouldn't be backed up if they weren't playing around. Also forgot about the lady's food order in front of me. Just a bunch of unprofessional kids.
