Wendy's

Usually never eat fast food. However I just moved not to far from this location. With that I don’t have any transportation so I decided to dine in or at least I thought. I thought they were open. Both doors were locked. Manager never approached but gave me the “slice neck gesture” that they weren’t open without any explanation. I asked for a Corporate number from the co-worker but she decided to lie and said they didn’t have one, I worked at Wendy’s in high school so I just laughed. This is just more reasons why I don’t eat fast food. This store needs Undercover Boss to expose this sandwich dump they call a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’ve been here a few times unfortunately because of its location to the highway . Every time, I am reminded why I usually go the long way to the highway and get Wendy’s on Memorial Drive. This Wendy’s on Covington Highway sucks. All the employees are young, which isn’t the issue but explains the issue. They’re all rude and have no good customer service skills. I went yesterday and ordered a 5 biggie bag. The breakfast menu was out and I told them and they didn’t reply. Just sent a white dude out with the stankiest attitude out the door to flip it. I said thanks and he scowled at me. The person who took my order tells me to pull around … okay I’m on Covington Hwy where it ain’t rainbows and smiles, but still. The guy who took my money was okay when I approached him. But the people giving out the food were the problem. Remember I ordered a $5 biggie bag. I left with one burger, 2 fries and 2 nuggets. Obviously the wrong order but she moved away from the window that I just drove off because it gave the impression that they couldn’t be bothered to get the order right. Corporate needs to pay attention to this store. Perfect location but fire the whole staff.

Once again... Went through drive thru and ordered 2 4 for 4's. Both double stacks. Both no pickles no mustard. I asked the person to please drop everything fresh to order and I will wait the 10 minutes it takes to cook. Drove to the cash window and repeated my order the exact same way and reiterated that I will wait .. I get to the pick up window and my bags are immediately ready... As my wife and I checked our bags .. everything was cold... So we have the bags back and asked for everything to be recooked... We waited about 5 minutes. I will admit that the fries were hot .. but they gave us back cold nuggets and cold double stacks in which both had extra pickles and heavy mustard... I was so livid that I called the store and just asked for corporate number ... When I called the number given to me.. it was the number to UPS on Fulton industrial..... What is wrong with your management staff??? Do they not care anymore?? Very disgusted

If I could give this place a half a star I would. The manager was so rude and his attitude is so nasty. He refused to give me his name but he works the night shift. If your attitude is like that about a customer telling you your coming off aggressively over your store being out of fruit punch you don’t need to be around people. Not to mention I’m asking for an honest kids drink for the kids meal and your talking to me about fruit punch. Then have the audacity to “ok girl” and high five and employee. If my kids hadn’t have wanted this food I would have asked for my money back. This guy has a nasty attitude and lacks leadership. There is no way he should have such a significant role and behave that way. Especially when I wasn’t rude nor aggressive to you.

They refused to give me a receipt. Even tho I repeated my order back they still got it wrong!!! I found plastic in my fries and they refused to acknowledge me all I wanted was a new fry or a refund for the fries! This location had no sense of care for the general public and Wendy's corporate needs to take a look into this location.

All the workers are lazy and lack customer service tremendously! If drive through is backed up they will lie and say they just closed the inside because they don’t want to take your orders. Then you wait get your food and it’s cold!!! Quality is horrible. It’s a shame we have to drive far in other community’s to get good service from restaurants! They need to clean house starting with managers!

Please get these irresponsible children out of the store… kids leading kids makes no sense… it’s no accountability or responsibility here at all. Fire everyone and rehire new people with moral and goals. This clearly shows why black communities suffer lack of leadership and accountability. No morality or empathy from kids who don’t know any better to perform customer service… just people who needed a job and seen a hire sign that lack drive for this service
