Burger King

Where to even start. How about the manager taking a shower in the bathroom sink of a single person bathroom. Didn't even stop to let me use the restroom. After this I waited for 20 minutes while they served all the customers that were black (I'm white) even one that came in 10 minutes after me ordering the same sandwich I asked for my money back. Such blatent racism I couldn't believe it. I have noticed this before but never said anything but it was so obvious I couldn't take it no more. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. The lady who works the register should not be working with the public in any capacity.

Dirty tables, floor and bathrooms the soda fountain machine seemed to be clean but there was water all over the area really mean lady think may of been manager waited on us very disrespectful when we were ready to order only reason I stayed was had been running all morning and just needed a quick break but it definitely won't happen again like I said she was rude and the place was dirty and for the short time I was there she just kept yelling at the staff and went or for a smoke at least 4 times I definitely will never be back.

8-26-14 the place us still dirty. I avoid it. I went through drive thru. Order # 309 @ 12:02 on 4/25/14. I ordered a veggie burger no mayo, add cheese and a side salad. The order screen was correct. I received my order without so much as a "have a nice day".. then found my veggie burger to be a fish sandwich. I went inside. I stood waiting and was ignored while the two workers on front line discussed needing a fish and the drive thru worker yelled at kitchen staff. There was a long line in both drive thru and dining room. I tried to call the store from the front counter where I was being ignored. No one answered. Finally the front end cashier heard me. I told her I got a fish instead of a veggie burger. She located and got me one- but this one had no cheese and the bun was stale. It was 12:13 by then, and I decided to reluctantly eat the dry mess verses wait the rest of my lunch period on getting what I wanted. I didnt get napkins either. The last time I went to this restaurant I was given change for a $5, when I paid for my food with a $20 . HORRIBLE!

Tha burger king management on Pershing Rd. in decatur illinois needs to re-evaluate their night shift employees, I have No future plans to visit this paticular burger king , ever ! Tha two employees working were young and didn't care that my french fries were greasy , brown an over cooked , went back thru tha drive thru, asked for fresh fries , showed tha girl how nearly burnt to a brown crisp tha frys were , she had a horrible attitude, threw them on tha counter , then picked them back up , went around to tha back of tha cook area then brought back to me what appeared to b tha very same bag of overly cooked brown fries . I went back thru that drive thru and tossed that bag of garbage fries back thru their drive thru window and told them to keep their burnt fries ! I Do Not recommend this paticular burger king located on Pershing Rd. to anyone !
