Tim Hortons

Me and my dad ordered a six pack of donuts 2 sprinkle two Boston cream, one honey curler and on Christmas tree donut but instead of the honey curler and Christmas tree we got plain chocolate donuts. This happened again when we went to get the Christmas tree donut we got a glazed donut they didn’t say there were out and this has happened multiple times. The food is good it’s just they never get our order right

I love this Tim Hortons, I cant remember the woman’s name but she was so kind and made sure everything was perfect. I came in quite late and she still offered great service, I called prior to arriving and she was very helpful over the phone. I believe her name was shawna or something close to that and she really made my night.

So, I absolutely love Tim Hortons coffee. However, the service at this location is lacking, to say the least. Employees don't seem to like answering questions, even if you are being friendly about it. Also, they do not make the food in a consistent, expected way. If I order the same item, I expect it to be the same each time. This has not been the case. There seems to be a difference between how the morning, evening, and weekend crews make the coffee drinks. However, it is still decent coffee, bagels, and donuts. It's just not always what I would expect it to be & the staff could be friendlier.

Arrived at Tim Hortons 30 minutes before closing and I noticed the people ahead of me were pulling away. When I got up to the speaker, the girl advised me they closed early because they had a lot to clean. I have to say, I was pretty upset because I drove 40 minutes to get there and they closed early? I asked to speak to the manager and she said her manager can hear me talk and I told her I was going to contact corporate, she did mind, she was under age and she could not work past 10 pm. So I asked for her name so I can give it to corporate when I can, she refused. I just drove away because I wasn't getting anywhere with her. I really love Tim Hortons coffee! I would not drive 40 minutes for no reason; unfortunately, bad service will keep me at home.
