Salsa's Mexican Restaurant

This is a gem in the small town like Dublin. It's just what your used to when it comes to Mexican restaurants. It has all the usual great selections and great quality food. Have drink specials and fairly priced over all. The service was great and friendly. If your ever stopped in Dublin definitely go check it out.

Worst “Mexican” restaurant I’ve ever been to. The waitress didn’t know how to pronounce a few items on the menu. And she rushed us multiple times throughout our meal. She didn’t bring the proper utensils either. Any fresh vegetables for our dinner was obviously days old and lacked flavor. Enchiladas were terribly bland and had no sauce at all. Tortillas were store bought rather than homemade and weren’t good at all. The rice was flavorless and was packed of corn and peas. The fried ice cream was not the worst in the world but i wouldn’t eat it again. At least the jarred salsa and chips were edible. And at least the music they played was in Spanish. Won’t be returning here.

We've eaten at this Dublin restaurant about 3-4 times while passing through on I-16 and have never been disappointed. Someone at this restaurant really knows how to cook and prepare food, condiments, and drinks. This place is really outstanding. Warm and friendly service from the staff is a big plus. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Fish Taco's for lunch. When the were put in front of me all I saw was three small Taco Shells filled with lettuce and tomatoes . No Breaded Fish ($11.95). I looked closer and saw what appeared to be a small amount cat food fish flakes buried in the lettuce. Even though I couldn't see any fish, I could sure taste this old concoction. It was all I could do to get one down. Refried beans were bland. My husband's Luncheon Special, Burrito, looked pretty good. He said it too was bland as well. Certainly not authentic Mexican Food.

We stopped for lunch while traveling the interstate. Our waitress, Meghan, was absolutely fabulous. She was very attentive even with the busy lunch crowd. Our chips were fresh and the salsa was delicious. We had Alambres and Fajita Quesadillas. The food was hot, fresh and scrumptious. I would definitely stop here again.

Good Food. We all ordered something different and it was all good from presentation to filling ya belly. Go ahead and order a large guacamole cause it is good. Best we've had in a while. Our server was super attentive, keeping our drinks full, bringing napkins before ya have to ask, and you never run outta chips either.
