On June 18th, at 7:15pm, we placed a mobile order for a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese and coleslaw. The app said it was ready to pick up so we went in and they said it wasn’t ready. They said they had to cook the chicken. We had to wait 10 minutes. They gave us our order all packaged up and the macaroni & cheese wasn’t in there. They had put corn in the bag instead. We notified the manager and she said they were out of macaroni & cheese. We said why didn’t you tell us, but she just ignored us. The corn looked like it was a week old. It was so dried up and tasted terrible! We didn’t see the chicken until we got home and it was nasty. The breading was terrible. It was so greasy and not edible. We tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. The customer service is horrible. We will never eat at this store again. They do not care about the customers! They act as if we are an inconvenience by coming there, instead of welcoming us and appreciating our business.

Where do I start? I had the worst experience inside of this establishment! I'll give you the short version. There was hair in my 5 tender meal box! The order was remade for me which took 25 minutes only to have hair in my box again😔. They had to explain how they didn't have the items we had just ordered and paid for and we had to take what they had in the warmer. They were out of utensils for the customers and didn't bother to tell us as we ordered for dine in. The staff cursed loud as they talked to each other. The manager on duty was unconcerned about what had just happened to the order. They messed up order after order in the drive through as I stood waiting for my order to get remade. I got a refund but only for the box with the hair in it. Lol when I told the gentlemen and showed him the hair he said that's not my hair. He took out the hair and tried to slide the box back to me to take. Ok there is so much more but I'll stop here. Wow..

I witnessed the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Only 2 customers inside lobby during prime lunch hours (12pm) and I witnessed drive thru order after drive thru order incorrectly made. Customers were waiting outside in their cars as employees guessed (yes literally) which order belonged to which car. I witnessed the cashier walk out and in a dozen times to retrieve the correct food or missing drink. My food was given to someone in the drive thru and had to be remade. They were not short staffed- I saw 6 employees and the apparent "owner" walking around on the phone in plain clothes in the back.

Great food and Fast. **EDIT** Food has went down hill. Chicken wings burnt, watered-down gravy and hard biscuits. Was told by corporate that they would send a $25.00 gift certificate to make up for it. I never saw it. Called about it and they claimed they would send it out. Never saw it either. KFC just lost $200.00 a month customers. We will not go to another one.

This place is awful! They do NOT deserve that one star! I ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food in the drive-thru. Paid the lady at the window and was told to pull up and wait. It took them over 30 mins to bring out my order and it wasn't even what I ordered. I went in the and the manager was like what's wrong with the food, Nothing about why it took so long or I'm sorry about your wait and bringing you the wrong food. Had to wait another 10 mins for her to refund my money while my kids where in the car waiting.
