I have multiple food allergies and it can be difficult to fine ANY restaurant that has even one item on the menu or a person on the phone that is willing to assist me. Ryan answered the phone with a pleasant, calm voice. He walked me through the menu, food items and the hours Eat Sprout was open. Ryan was a puddle of serenity. He made my day better.

I have never tried the food here, and I probably never will. I only went to this place looking for a good cup of coffee. I have had many very good cups since the first visit. The folks that work here are always cheerful.

This terrific place is a reason to live here... Tasty, wholesome meals, sides, and desserts to carry out, plus breads, cookies, butters, smoothies, and coffee. I ❤️ their chocolate peanut butter buzz bites for a mid-afternoon treat!

Haven't update a review for Eat Sprout for a while. Still as good as always.
Stopped by mid week for some healthy dinner of salads and Southwestern Turkey and Quinoa Bowl... But the Jalapeno White Cheddar Bread caught my eye. Great bread, nice blend of flavors. Ate it as "dessert".
Stop by for a healthy and easy meal.

I wanted to try something new for lunch, so I decided to come to Eat Sprout. When I walked in, the lady working was so friendly and explained how the business worked. I bought a wrap, the drunken moneky bread, and the matcha lemonade, and they all were super delicious! Their menu changes monthly, so there is always something new! I love how everything is freshly made and local. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
