Separarist Beer Project

Sole Bar + Bottle made an excellent impression on my first visit. Bombshell beer, great location, and friendly staff inside a beautiful, historic space. The brick, wood, and stained glass decor are warm and inviting. The menu on the walls are large and easy to read. There is plenty of seating around the bar and tables. Having two separate bars- one for glass pours and one for crowler/growler fills, can/bottle, and merchandise purchases means better organization for releases. We have been looking forward to the opening for so long now, it's great to have a NYC quality tap room 12 minutes from home.

We ended up here after dinner at a local restaurant. It’s a modern, minimalist approach to a bar. Very clean and inviting. Large list of available drinks up on the wall. Menu goes into great detail on what each drink is and what to expect. Bartender we had was very nice and very knowledgeable. Music selection was great. We spent time hanging out inside. Then we made use of the tables and chairs in front of the establishment to relax outside. Seems like a must while bar hopping or a good place to duck into while you decide where the night will take you. We will definitely be back!

The people of Søle are the best. They are all eager to help and ready to answer questions. The bar and bottle shop have a variety of seating options and the interior is clean and modern with some great antique and modern tie ins like the standard 3 prong charging ports across all the bench seating and stained glass from the original store front. The beer is some of my favorite craft beer you can find in the state and goes toe to toe with many NE well known breweries.They carry a great selection of styles that will be rotating often. Highly recommend Søle if you love beer and a great atmosphere.

As a first time visitor, I enjoyed my experience. The staff were friendly, and the beers were pretty good. I docked one star because they were "out" of several beers and a couple food options. I would go back again because "Pineapple Smoosh" DIPA was fantastic and the atmosphere was pretty modern, simplistic, and inviting.
