Mcdonald's

I had the McDonald's app and was trying to get my coupon code to work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I paid for it. As soon as I did, that's when it comes up. I assumed that the cashier had to handle something and stepped away. I explained what happened and the manger herself fixed it for me when I was getting my order. I so surprised. Normally, I probably would have been blown off, but it was the complete opposite. Good McDonald's location to go to.

Play place is closed , my kids were upset Hell will freeze over before u get a human to help you ! They want you to self serve at the kiosk which is difficult because it’s non receptive to touch … I had to beat the thing to death to make my selections and the employees just continued what they were doing instead of coming and helping me at an actual register. Then when I asked for help they said one moment and left me standing for five minutes , I just did the best I could with the kiosk. Oh … and my fast food took FOREVER!

I was trying to go into the play place and this woman rudely screamed “GET OUT OF THERE NOW” I don’t see what the problem was because I wasn’t being disrespectful or anything. Just because I am over 3 years old doesn’t mean I can’t have a little fun at McDonald’s they then proceeded to let in an 11 year old who is well over the age of 3. Very rude but the ice cream was valid.

My experience with this organization of McDonald's, I worked for them, Now I haven't worked there in years. I get attitude from the old employees that's why I don't go there anymore. Also Old employees who know my family like to try to say bad things to associates and people I know in the drive thru. I get people who come to me and tell me what the employees say about me. Again I DONT WORK THERE ANY MORE. People need to do their jobs and learn their place and worry about their lives not others. Stop bringing it into a place of business and come to my face instead of Trying to make problems. The people who work here are miserable when you go to the window.

This is a fairly large and newer looking McDonalds with a lot of beautiful landscaping and flowers. I went through the drive-thru because during covid-19 it is drive-thru only. It looks to be a very clean MCD. The drive-thru line was very long but moved quickly enough at dinner time. The food and everything is as expected, nice to see how clean this one looks outside though.
