Worker was so sweet, said it would be a 10-15 min wait, so said we could wait in our car. I look up from my phone about 10 mins later and he has brought our pizzas to our car.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I've ordered from here several times and every time the pizza has been excellent. Very tasty and always arrives hot. The only time delivery took a long time was when I ordered the day they opened (which is understandable), but they've been quick ever since.
Definitely my favourite pizza in Ely.

I've had many Papa John'ses over the years, but this evening's was probably the best ever. From ordering on the website to the delivery was just 20 minutes, the pizzas were piping hot, fresh, very well made and delicious, and the delivery driver was warm and friendly.
Reviews for pizza delivery places can only tell you so much - your mileage may vary, but if you're on the fence I'd say definitely try it at least once. Better pizza than Domino's and Pizza Hut (imo), and if your ordering/delivery experience is as good as mine, you'll be laughing.
