We always park in the car park, that is close to John Lewis, in Exeter. We always go in for something. They have a ice cafe on the top floor, plus multi use toilets on some floors. They sell a good range of products across the board and it is always good quality.

Alex in the bra fitting dept was sooo great. I came out with exactly what I needed ( I hadn't previously known what I needed!)
Previous visits to lingerie depts usually end in tears. Hurray for Alex,'and all other expert bra fitters, who know their own stick really well. Respect.

This is a somewhat smaller store than I was used to. However, the staff were working to the usual high standard and were very friendly and professional.
The store is very clean and tidy, and it has a good stock level.
The restaurant on the top floor was incredibly busy, a monument to the standard of food being served. However, it did feel something of a crush.
I managed to find the aftershave that I was looking for, and I'm tempted by a new suit.

I couldn’t fault the service on a recent visit. We needed to replace our washing machine. We were served by Joshua who was helpful, knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and advised accordingly. The replacement washing machine was delivered on time and installed by a couple of men who were likewise helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would and they took care to protect the carpet from our hall to the kitchen.

Popped in to buy a new eyeshadow. TJ on the Bobbi Brown counter was so helpful and patient with me. Applying different shades to find which I liked best. I’m can’t thank her enough for being so amazing. Well done TJ. Top marks for excellent customer service!

Fantastic help from Louise and Izzy today. I went to purchase an anniversary present and both of these ladies could not of done more to help. Proper customer service is a rare thing these days but Louise and Izzy showed it still exists.

It’s rare to have had such good service in the Exeter store. However, today Mohammad went above and beyond in the tech department. I asked for help from the team in the Set Up department as I’m not a fan of waiting around. He was professional and ensured that my needs were met. It was refreshing to see his request of help from Phil was also top notch. Two colleagues working well with one another. A refreshing upgrade to high street experiences for me. I would recommend the tech team.

This John Lewis is fab but a mini version of the larger department stores. It does have a bit of everything though, and a very extensive women's wear section. There is also a personal shopping service here. Highly recommend but if you want the full range keep going up the M5 to the Cribbs Causeway branch.
