Always lovely. Also, something that is unique these days is that standard items such as cod, sausages, chips are ready to take away immediately. Other takeaways seem to keep people waiting for ages needlessly. I won't go anywhere else in Exeter now.
Ordered 6 portions of regular fish and chips - lovely clean shop, super-efficient and very friendly service - really quick. Tasty food! (So tasty I didn't take the photo straight away!) Highly recommended.
It took ten minutes to be acknowledged, and the service shocking!

We have been coming here for years but the service my wife received was appalling. We waited 25 minutes as it was busy which we didn’t mind but then our burger was dropped and they had to remake it. Our scampi was then given to another …
Really disappointed with the service today, got home and my fish and chips didn't have a fish! Had to go back and get another portion.
Didn't even get an apology don't think they believed me.
