Mcdonald's

I use to live in this area and this McDonald’s was usually pretty good, on Saturday we had to go into Cornelius in the morning. My husband and I decided to stop by and get breakfast, we did a mobile order which has never been a problem however this one time things got strange. My husband used my debit card to pay for our breakfast which is connected to my watch so when a purchase goes through it notifies me. We got up to the window and it goes through and charges us our 12 something dollars, however the worker in the window said it didn’t go through. I had proof that it indeed went through because it wouldn’t have told me on my watch. They gave me the option to go back around, this location is so bad that I didn’t even want to loop back around so I have them charge me again, this went through however it was for 16 dollars, not the amount that was on the mobile order or the amount that I was charged first. So we go in and tell them what happened, they do a refund after a lot of talking. After we left we called customer service to voice our concerns because what happened to us seemed like the employees could be running a scam to steal money. Anyways we get home after calling and this location is harassing my husband with phone calls wanting to speak with him. I call them because he can be really mean, the lady that I spoke to reassured me that everything was okay. She had also said that everything is really secure and no one would scam us, the concerning part is that I never accused or said they were scamming me so they just outed themselves. The lady I spoke to asked for email and would send me some coupons (I don’t really care for them so whatever) and she would give me her phone number. She never sent an email nor tried calling us back, all she did was just try to keep us from going any further with our complaints. I hate being lied to and scammed. Please please do not go here or be very careful when you order so you don’t get scammed.

I'm not sure why I keep ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese here, I never get it right. I know, fool me once ... Tonight was a new low. Stopped to get some quick food after my daughter's softball game, so there was a bit of food in the bag, and I was in a hurry to get the food home, so I didn't double check the order. Got home, and not only is my Double quarter pounder a single patty, it's not even the quarter pounder patty. Ridiculous.

I picked up a mobile order tonight from this location. Part of the order was for my child who wanted a happy meal with chicken nuggets. When I got home we discovered we had the happy meal but no nuggets. This location constantly gets our order wrong, this has been an issue ever since moving here in 2017. I finally decided to give them some feedback today via phone but, of course, there was no answer. I don't recommend this McDonald's, very poor experience.

Manager brought our food out to our car and we immediately noticed one of the sodas spilled all over our stuff so we brought it inside before even leaving and she accused us of purposely dropping it and wanted to really let us know that she’s great at packaging food. She then just put everything in a new bag and took forever to give us two new sodas. Horrible customer service from that lady Marcia P.

Customer service was awful, like always. Not something new from McDonald's employees, but today they were more than rude. I went through drive thru, and order 3 meals. I got my order wrong, i called the store to let them know, and they literally just hang up the phone call. Like are you for reals right now? I paid for my food, im not asking for anything free. Definitely not going back to this place ever.

Please powerwash the drive-thru and the walls. It's pretty gross as I go there often. Please do not serve cold food due to the fact that you are busy. It's not fair to consumers and loyal customers! When you accidentally mess up orders and I have to get back into a 12 car line to get it right...I suggest you compensate with a free coupon or something.

Went through drive-through had a coupon for a free big Mac with a code the worker messed it up we have the manager Maria rolling her eyes at me saying that I was lying even though I showed her the picture of the coupon and the code tells me that it’s not right tells me that I can pay for the big Mac and get the free medium fry when they keep on with supposed to be for the free big Mac she was extremely rude instead of just promoing off the big Mac and making me pay for the medium fry she sits and argues for a good 10 minutes🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
