Panera Bread

For years I haven't gone to Panera due to having Celiac disease and needing to be gluten free. Over the last year or so I've been hearing about how Panera Bread was working to make (some) items available. I really wanted a coffee, you know the type with extra flavors and whipped cream. Panera Bread was close by and I wanted to give them a try. I didn't see anything listed on the sign and while waiting my husband begins to check on their website. I ask the representative who was helping me if he could help direct me towards a coffee & flavoring that was safe. He had to go ask his manager. (This kindness to look was why they get 2 stars and not less). While away my husband says "their website lists all their coffee syrups and flavors as safe." Then the rep comes back and tells me "oh nothing is gluten free here, I'm sorry". So... if your Gluten Free, don't eat at Panera Bread. Either it's not safe or there isn't a good amount of communication and it's not worth getting sick.

This Panera is awfully filthy. Not just one area but the entire seating area. I can tell there is no attention to deep cleaning let alone regular. I mentioned to the manager on duty and he sent a coworker (which was very polite) to clean and she just wiped tables. The floors were left gross. The Flatbread is my usual and this location managed to hand me something I didn't recognize. The cheese was cold and not fully melted. I'm disappointed. I planned on working for a couple hours before meeting up with family and this overall experience is off putting. Panera usually offers a comfortable environment for me.
