Man these just might be the best tacos in Fredericksburg. Need to do a side by side with Juan More Taco to be sure. Food was very authentic, with a huge menu. Will be back again for sure.

I have driven past a small sign for El Rodeo daily for years during my daily commute. I finally stopped one evening after work
Why didn't I stop sooner??! I had a papusa and Caribbean tacos and they were AMAZING. Wait staff were lovely, no issues.
The artwork in this restaurant is a reason to go by itself. I'll be stopping a lot more in my future!

45 min for a take out order! I feel sorry for the people that arrived after me to place an order. I don't even know if the food is good

The food was good, not great. I got the burrito deluxe and would order something else next time. The rice was bland. Service was good, though she didn't seem to know the menu well.
Update to remove a star. Rice was worse this time, and the "enchiladas Verdes" sauce is just ground chillies.
