Chili's Grill & Bar

The management really! needs to work on training it's employees. The service was horrible, the attitude of the the server was horrible. The server never came back to ask how's everything, never even came back after taking our order. We had to go find her to pay our bill. We asked the hosts if we could get a to go box & he literally ignored us. I understand being under staff but, bad manners and poor training are unacceptable. I blame management I will never visit this place again. You lost my money over the simplest aspect of business. The food could be horrible but, at least treat me like I'm important and you want me to come back. Ridiculous.

Friendly staff. Fast Service. Clean Restroom. Food Appearance good. My husband liked his hamburger. My fajitas was ok. No flavor or seasoning on the chicken. Onions over cooked. Soda, the machine mix ran out of syrup that makes the soda. Cheesecake delicious. Waitress was good. I'd return but I would not order the fajitas again. Probably the ribs.

Food was great, service SUCKED. The staff was non-existent practically. Took FOREVER to get our drinks and food ordered and received back. It was just plain ridiculous. The staff that I did see, were busy standing around chatting. Our waitress kept playing with her hair....I'm like seriously?? Did you not read the food handlers manual??? Stop touching your hair! Yuck. Never coming back to this location. Don't recommend this place at all.

My experience was to have a good lunch with my family after church service. I choose this chilly's do to that use to be one milpitas. Well the story is that there was waiting to be seated around 15 to 20 min. We were the only ones at waiting to be sit area. Around 15 min a Caucasian family arrived and sit at waiting are i'll say 5 min and than i notice they were sat before us. I went and why were they sit first than us. Host oh were ask if they want to sit by the bar! Well i ask her u didn't ask that? Well to top it of i was told by manager that they only had one waiter (one waiter) how can you run this business! Not back here at Fremont's.
