Casa Fiesta

First time here came here because of the high ratings got a seat relatively quickly Margaritas were way too overly sweet and not frozen enough. My tamale was ice cold throughout the guacamole you can see in the picture is really watery and not very appealing the fajita meat and vegetables were really good overall food was mediocre at best!

The food is always great but the excellent customer service provided by all of the staff is what makes this restaurant stand out above many others. They do such an excellent job of paying attention to customer needs from the moment you enter until the moment you walk out. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time is not something I have ever experienced at this location, even at their peak hours when they are packed. Staff is friendly, helpful, and always quick to correct errors if and when they are made, which I have rarely experienced. Always a pleasurable dining experience.

I've been here many time. I highly recommend coming here for latino food. it is a very warm atmosphere. Very pleasant people that work here margaritas are very delicious but I also recommend getting a paloma you can't go wrong with any dish here all I've had to eat here has been bomb. They get your food to you fast even when there busy.they have fair prices and food portion sizes. I recommend the vegetarian fajita 💯

It's an okay environment, but in all honesty lacks major authenticity of the Mexican culture and the types of food that they make. They lack certainly in flavor, passion, and love in the food making process. The bathroom area looks very run down and feels like your at a children's park public restroom along with the smells. It's basically another taco bell 🔔 with a little bit more color to it.

I hate to give this review because the poor souls working in this place were awesome and worked so hard to take care of the people there, but the management was non existent. There was no reason with as few people that were working the day we went in for the amount of tables that were seated. You should NEVER overseat the way we saw it that day! We were with a party if over 30 with 1 server! And the poor man had more tables than ours! The kitchen was going down, the servers were weeded, and no one was at the front! We understand being understaffed! We are both restaurant managers! But a good manager knows how to manage the FL e of the restaurant. Please, go on a wait only seat what your restaurant can handle! We enjoy the food. We enjoy pur service when the servers aren't weeded out of their minds! We feel for your staff!

Place wasn't busy, got sat right down, server brought chips and salsa after about 8 mins, never said a single word then walked away. Watched her walk around for over another 10mins after and still noone ever came to the table to take our drink order or acknowledge we were still there. This isn't the first time we have been ignored here. Needless to say we left without anyone saying anything. Beyond disappointed, food is normally great but service for us is always very poor.
