Hero Deli

Came in with my step daughter and ordered two sandwiches. 30 minutes later we got one of them and were told they *lost* the ticket for the other. When she got her Italian there was no oil, vinegar, or anything other than meat and cheese... just a bone dry sandwich. Terrible service, sub-par food and a run down atmosphere with a staff that CLEARLY couldn't care less. Give this place a miss because you can do better almost anywhere. Less than an hour after we ate, my step daughter vomited. So yeah, we are never coming back.

The free sandwich if you have the coupon sure isnt the same quality as the one you actually pay full price for. If your going to skimp on my free one then just keep it. The reason I know is i get the same sandwiches all the time so I know that the one I got was like low amount of everything. . It was more like a diet sandwich. Sure the bread is full size still. Then the manager had run out of black bowls for us to make our salad and he had the mind to actually say dont be greedy making the salad with the boxes. You dont tell your customers to not make the salad. Lettuce isnt that high of priced yet. It was like wow I made your free sandwich smaller so make sure you make your salad small.
