Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's was one of three choices tonight after finishing some work. Cane's was the closest and I had never had their chicken. My wife on the other hand gave me that "are you sure" look since she has been to Raising Cane's before. We went through the drive through and we both ordered the four piece combo. Home was two minutes away so it was still warm when we got there. Opening the box it smelled wonderful but the joy stopped there. The french fries were limp so no dipping in ketchup for them. Eating them they seemed to be half cooked at best. Next was the Texas toast......not bad. Nice flavor. Then the cole slaw....really good spices. And finally the chicken. Spreading out the four pieces reminded me of the 1980 Wendy's commercial "Where's the beef?". Four pieces of chicken 1/2-3/4" wide by 2 1/2" long. More than half of each strip had no breading. Very very disappointed. Last visit for me to Raising Cane's.
