The Potbelly restaurant in Hay Market was good. Food was good and the milkshake was good as well. Service could use some improvement, though. First time there and I wasn’t actually sure where to order and they ended up taking someone else’s, who came in after me, order before mine. Otherwise, everything was good and everyone was polite and friendly.

Potbelly is truly one of my favorite sandwich places as the sandwich taste and quality are consistent throughout the chain no matter what location you visit. The staff at this Gainesville location is extremely friendly and attentive. They do a great job of keeping the place moving, clean and their sandwich accuracy is pretty darn good. They make a great shake here as well. Great environment to sit down to enjoy your meal and a drink. Fair prices for very good food. The broccoli cheddar soup is some of the best you'll find.

Second order in a week and it was delivered on time and fresh using Active Menus. Food was definitely good and we'll be back again soon to place another order at Potbelly and have it delivered by Active Menus.

It was a good Sandwich. I had the Meatball which had just the right amount of Sauce and Cheese. My wife had the Chicken Salad Salad which she enjoyed and my Daughter had a turkey sandwich which she enjoyed as well and last but not least my father in law had a Checked salad sandwich which he was happy with.

Amazing chicken salad sub!! Everything is super fresh. Real milkshakes- although I will say the berry milkshake was pretty bland. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back soon - I'm craving that sub again!
