Chicken wings were lukewarm and it seem they just dump the sauce on top and here you go. In the end you have a mess in your face and fingers. Didnt care that the tips of wings were attached. To me thst is a waste. Celery was old, ranch sauce tested funny, blue cheese was fine. Steak fries were okay. The bartender was fine and prompt. I have better wings in Publix. They beat them hands down.

Fight night here was GREAT!!! Group environment with EXCELLENT viewing of the many screens!! The spinach salad with LOTS of spinach served in LG bowl, LG side dressing, scant on toppings though. Corn cobb side is delicious but better described as corn-cobbettes. They split the cost of the pitcher on our receipts 😊. The service was very accommodating. Thx!!!

Let's see what's really not to enjoy?, good food, great environment, and good looking women, it's a nice trifecta, me and my coworkers frequent after work to unwind before home, they always greet you with a smile and our bartenders give us good conversation, we have grown to love our girls, so I say thank you from myself and my crew for always taking the edge off a long day.

I would not highly recommend the Wing House in Gainesville. Every time I eat here, the food is just okay but I continue to eat here because my fiance's group of friends like to eat here. The service is always pretty normal, as well. However, this week when we ate here, and the food and service was not impressive. Out of a group of 7 people, 6 of us did not receive the meal and drinks that we ordered. When we mentioned this, patiently, to our waitress, she did nothing to correct this or even apologize. Instead, she told us just to eat the wings we were given (with the wrong sauces and wrong bone-in/boneless) or swap them with others in our group and to just swap drinks with others at the table if they got what we wanted. I found this to be concerning, not only from the customer service aspect of it, but also because of the corona virus. Having to swap drinks and food with others during a pandemic is not best practice. Once we swapped our food, the food tasted fine and was warm enough. While this was not professional, we excused it because we did come in as a larger party and I know that servicing a party of 7 can be challenging and stressful. Trying to practice kindness during a stressful time, we did not want to cause a problem or cause any additional stress to our waitress, even though she was not very attentive. However, the issues continued when we received our checks and paid. Not only did she charge everyone at our table with the wrong items and added items not ordered, she also added to the total charged after we paid. My original receipt that was taken with my card was $29 and change. The receipt I got back after my card had been run was $35, before tip. When mentioned, she did nothing to correct this. This is concerning to me because an unauthorized charge was placed on my card as the amount that was agreed upon was not charged. All in all, my visit to Wing House in Gainesville was less than stellar and could use improvement.

We stayed at a hotel right behind this place so it was convenient for us. The first night it was not to busy so it was nice. On Friday night it was a little busier but the service was still good. On Say night after the game it was packed. On our visits we had both Gabby and Jamie (?) wait on us. The both were outstanding. We got great service and many laughs. The food is standard of a wing house. Can’t wait to go back and if you visit ask for either of these girls. You won’t be sorry.
