Felipe's Mexican Taqueria

Today I went in to pick up a to go order I placed online here waited about 20-30 to pick it up to my surprise I get there and they seem as if hey have no clue as to what I’m talking about or an existence of my order. I was told “I’m sorry man I don’t have an online order by the guy in the front, who I’m assuming was a manager due to the fact that he had someone waiting to talk to him in the sitting area, he was shortly corrected by a worker in the back who found my order receipt in the garbage on an earlier receipt. She proceeded to make my order which was a chicken and steak quesadilla whereas he then gave a halfend apology then said she’ll have it shortly.......minutes later my order is up food is ready I grab my bag and go to check my food at a table and to my surprise it’s not cut but no biggie I just proceed back to the register to ask to have it cut to then be told by the same guy “what do you want me to do, I have plastic knives over there bro you can cut it yourself!” • • • I politely turned around to get the little plastic knife and go along my way I just know although the food is good this place has left a bad taste in my mouth with service Thank you but NO THANK YOU!

Nope..I’d did not like it at all! Quesadilla was dry! I ordered a quesadilla they told me to wait as it’s getting ready! They called me and tortilla and toasted cheese was ready! Than they asked what do you want on it!??????? What??? I ordered a veggie quesadilla and I am expecting a quesadilla! What’s the point of me eating at a restaurant if I have to tell them how to make a quesadilla?? Uncomfortable seats! Small tables too! Three person’s food could not fit comfortably on a table of four!

Service here was top notch even though it was during the pandemic. Got disconnected during 2 phone calls and just drove down there to order. The manager on duty, Kyle, knew exactly who I was and recognized it. What an absolutely outstanding human being. He was very efficient and helped me through my 3 different orders. I received all the condiments I asked for and was just as pleased when I returned home to eat it. Everything was as it was supposed to be and super fresh. I will be back.

Great food. Great service. Friendly staff. Think Subway Mexican, as in having a meal tailor-made for you. Genius!! I had a super burrito and it was delicious. My one suggestion would be that the tables be wiped down more thoroughly - they were a little sticky. It could have been a sanitizer used to disinfect the tables during Covid-19. Everywhere in the restaurant and restrooms was spotless.

The food was very good and very fresh. Guacamole was excellent. I ordered a margarita , which was excellent, unbeknownst to me , shift changed. , at 4pm Margarita from second bartender was not the same! Kevin behind the line was a very nice and respectable young man. He made sure everything was to our liking. I’d go back.
