We went here this evening too pick up food for our children. We literally sat at the speaker for 10-13 minutes BEFORE ordering.When they asked us what we would like I said 2 kids meal 1 with strawberry lemonade & other with a shake.Then they advised us they couldn't give us a shake as beverage, no problem add to our order we would like it.They LITERALLY tried to MAKE us take the drink that came with kids meal when we told, it is OK to charge is but we don't want it.We went through 4 different people before they got our order(5-10mins)Get to window pay,get drinks ask us to.pull up they will bring out. They bring food COLD, missing a medium fry,yet instead of being INSIDE the building 4 employees at a car OUTSIDE talking.I wouldn't even give 1 star, yet that was only way to leave review.Sad part, they wasn't even busy(2 cars in front of us).

Place was clean and staff friendly and did not have a long wait. Their chicken salad sandwich is great. Just wish they were offering on their mobile app something like Burger King or McDonald's has, where you accumulate points toward free food. Arby's is behind the time and needs to catch up.

Went here around 10:15 pm today to get my son in law dinner after he got off work. Ordered a chicken tenders meal with honey mustard. Realized when I
we got home there was no chicken tenders in the bag at all, bbq sauce instead of honey mustard. The fries tasted foul like they had been left out all evening. When I called to ask if they could make more I was encouraged to come tomorrow even though they were still open for 30 more minutes and I was less than 5 away. Definitely don't come here at night

This is usually a very good place. Service is great and the restaurant is clean. I love Arby's food and rarely have a problem with the order. I highly recommend this location.
Update.. 06/26/22 What happened? Waited 35 min to order. After 50 min, they STARTED to cook the burgers. Tables are FILTHY. Out of napkins, Arby's sauce and burger sauce. Customers asked to clean their own tables. Roll of toilet paper sitting next to sink for drying your hands. Button on drink fountain hanging by wires. Driver left without picking up the order for delivery. Other customers walking out.

Well I ordered a French dip get home no dip except for the one working at Arby's. I mean it's kinda self explanatory. FRENCH DIP....Then you call them. Busy busy busy.

Food was good, what you should expect at a fast food restaurant. The employee that took our order had the worst attitude, she visually rolled her eyes and made the comment "of course". My children were with me and the whole interaction was unbelievable rude. I wanted to confront her and walk out but again my kids were with me and this is where they wanted to eat. Even if you are working at a fast food restaurant you should still learn about customer service, take pride in your work and where you work.
