I placed a delivery order that was received at 12:20pm according to the website. The store that I ordered it from is less than a mile away. Their “freaky fast” delivery still had not shown 30 minutes later. I tried to call several times and their phone number appears to be cut off because it never rang. I also could not cancel my order online and request a refund. I drove to the store and the staff (7 of them) were all extremely rude and not accommodating at all. My sandwich was soggy and inedible, so I threw it away without eating it. This store should not even have delivery as an option if they have no intention of actually delivering your order. So now I have paid for a sandwich that I threw away, a delivery fee, a 20% tip, and the fuel it took me to go there and back for a DELIVERY order. When I asked for a refund at the store I was ignored. In my opinion, this franchise location should be closed down. Complete waste of time and money.

While there have been issues with delivery time, the service is always great. Even when issues arise, they take care of things. It is not their fault that they are understaffed and I appreciate their willingness to make things better as they are able. The employees are always kind and apologetic, I do not fault them. We will continue to order from here with the hopes that things will get better.

We ordered a catering order of almost 100 sandwiches for a local school in our area. The customer service we received from Mario the manager was shameful! This is the 2nd year in a row that we have placed large orders with this location, and the experience we received this year was AWFUL. He was rude from the start, but when the order was late and we asked for an update I was told our order wasn't the only one they had and the food would get there when it got there. I was hung up on multiple times rather than them just calling the driver to get an update. The customer service provided was so disrespectful. We love the food, but will never order from this location again.

I was employed here for two days, wasn’t even really given a chance to prove that I could do my job. I was hired on as what they call “person in charge” or assistant manager. I have autism, and I am on the high functioning end. I was told that because of that I could no longer hold my asst manager position. I’ve done management before so I am more than capable. This workplace is supposed to be non discriminatory, yet I got knocked from my position because of something I cannot control. I don’t know about anyone else, but that’s poor business skills. The store is also disgusting, the tea urn nozzles have mold growing in the, the floors never fully get mopped, And I don’t think I saw anyone who was making food wash there hands. Needless to say, this place doesn’t deserve the one star that is required to make a review. This place is trash.

Horrible service. Only the manager working and one other girl, meanwhile 3 customers waiting while 3 employees eat and talk right next to the check out. One customer complained about the wait and the manager gave him attitude and said "if he wants fast food he should go to chick fil a", in front of the whole restaurant. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Makes me question how the rest of the store (cleanliness, quality, etc.) is. Go somewhere else instead of here.

I placed an online order for deliver at 5:30pm. After one hour, it had not arrived and the status had not been changed. I called the store, but no one answered. So I drove to the store at around 6:45 pm, and found that the store was closed, despite the store hours advertised on the JJ website and on the door saying that it closes at 8pm. I looked on my bank account and saw my card was charged. I have called multiple times today (the day after) to get my money back, as I haven't recieved the food and no longer want it, as it has been almost 18 hours. All I have gotten is a busy signal. This is unacceptable and extremely unproffesional service by this location. I want my money back and will never order from this location again. If they are understaffed and cannot provide service, then it needs to be made known to customers, and delivery should not be an option on the app. I want a full refund of my order, including the free sandwich reward used on one of the items in my order.
