I had their jalitos (fried jalapeno dipped in batter)...they are not pretty to look at but they taste delicious.
Also, I had an ice cream float. I haven't had one of these since elementary school.

Food was hot and fresh. I got the steak finger basket. Tried my wife's tacos. They are greasy, but delicious. And dessert, i had the chocolate turtle blizzard with Caramel. Service, manager, was very friendly. Clean restaurant too.

The staff was great brought in 2 little nephews. They loved it. It took a while in serving your food that was a disappointment. Came in the 2nd time on the same day got a plain soft serve ice cream for the little one and it took over 5 minutes. A bit disappointing but I would still visit this place. There's certain things that you can tolerate but if you have a great staff sometimes it overrides it.

My girl got food poisoning from here. Didn't make the order right. Nothing was right when I got home. We will never step foot in this restaurant again. Blue moose is far better and only a buck or two more.

Waiting to order four employees look at me and didn't say hi or anything. I understand if your short handed but acknowledge the customer and let them know you know they are there. I won't spend my money at dairy queen in gainesville ever.

Understaffed and dirty. Bathrooms are atrocious and out if everything. When I told the kid at the counter the bathroom was out of towels to dry your hands he handed me a stack from behind the counter and muttered 'sorry' as he walked away...
Food has gone so downhill but what do you expect for a Cree of kids getting paid minimum wage.

Subpar service and product, lackadaisical and rude staff that care more about socializing than doing their jobs. Blizzards so liquidity they were able to eaten with a straw.

Food is just like you would expect from Dairy Queen but the people running the window have been very rude the last 3 times I’ve been here despite no rudeness or attitude from me
