THE FOOD IS FINE BUT....Every time I visit this establishment I have received the worst customer service. Its owner needs to provide to them some trainings on customer services....they never have anything within a reasonable time....be prepared to wait a long time for your order to be ready. For instant... I arrived in restaurant at 8:55 pm on a Thursday night....my food was ready until 9:35 pm. Part of the reason I had to wait so long was because the only cashier taking orders took out his cell phone in send a text. Then they told me they lost ticket..SMH

Worst experience ever. And I never do a review but after today I had to. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins the girl comes on, I order, guess she didn't hear me so she starts screaming. I was in shock, so I just pulled off. So mad I pulled over to call in to complain. I asked to speak with the manger, he said that he was it, and I proceeded with my complaint. He told me to hold on. Then someone picked up and then I hear someone in the background say hang up then the phone went dead. Sad. These are the reasons people and businesses won't come to Gary. Everyone there should be fired and start over. Never going back. :-(

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and the biggest problem is that they don't care! I guess because it's Gary we're supposed to settle for less. It took 15 minutes for someone to come back to the window to give me a drink despite blowing the horn AND getting out of the car, going in and talking to a manager. They were all taking their sweet holy time while the line inside and outside got longer and they didn't give a crap. A guy came to the window to give us the drink and he just sat there looking through the window with a smirk on his face like I was the one with a problem, STILL NOT GIVING ME THE DRINK. Unbelievable. Will never go back there again. They should all be fired from management down. The only guy doing his job was the guy outside picking up garbage. They should be ashamed but they're not!

We came in there was some kind of power outage and we were told orders would be made be to order and it would be a wait time of 15 mins. We waited 20 minutes or so. When we got our food the strips had been reheated redipped in the oil and the inside tasted like rubber not even like real chicken. The chicken had also been redipped so it got cold pretty quickly. The fries were cold and the only thing about that meal I enjoyed was the Strawberry Fanta that I insisted they give me for free because if the wait.

Arrive at 9:00PM, no lights in the parking lot, had a 14pc family coupon. The outside menu was unreadable in the dark. There was a 15 minutes wait for breasts meat. Order red beans and rice as a side, was given corn-on-the-cob instead. The inside was close, had to wait in long line once again to fix order.
