Rico's Pizza

I love Rico pizza 🍕 they have the best pizza in town...the blond lady Lisa and the delivery guy named Tree are a class act.... they need a person who can roll dough and they pay 9 bucks an hour so go see Lisa and talk to her face to face. You will get hired on the spot and you can get you an ice cold beer from next door when you leave....

Being from Chicago I have to say their thin crust sausage and mushroom pizza is delicious, it tastes similar to Reggio's pizza. I've also had both flavors of the cheese curds and Cajun fries and they're all delicious!! What I didn't like is their slices of pizza, yuck-too much dough, not enough pepperoni, sausage, or cheese for that matter. The crust was just way too thick and doughy with no flavor and the toppings were ok, but you could barely taste the flavor of the toppings because of the too thick dough. If the dough is going to be thick, it should have flavor to it and there should be more meat, cheese, etc on top. Other than that, they're pretty good; I will NOT eat their pizza slices anytime soon though 🤮.

Something changed at Rico's , maybe the times we live in , or the on going pandemic, or maybe just a lack of business. Clearly something isn't right, I was not at all a happy customer after receiving my order for just a large chicken salad. It shrunk big time from almost not being able to close the lid to where is the salad ! Am I nit picking I don't think so when the price was not reduced. Surprised I was to see what I saw. I'm one whom brags on what's good, what size portions are served, quality of order, wait staff friendliness to name a few. Maybe it was just a bad day, l will go back and see if its consistently like what I was was served or what. Stay tuned for my follow up.

Please make sure that you check your pizza before you leave. If not, they will not correct the error unless you bring the pizza back. I purchased a pizza for someone that lives 2 hours away. Yes, I should have checked the pizza before I left. However, the expectation is that business are supposed to give your the order that you pay for. Even though this was an error on their part, I am now losing my hard earned money.

Got order wrong and they even repeated order back to me and STILL got it wrong and didn't offer to fix or remake it and then i called to speak to the manager, when i spoke to him i asked why didn't you offer to remake the pizza when u were told it was wrong, he states we don't remake it unless the customer ask us to remake it! Wow! I'm a restaurant manager and The first thing Id do is offer my guest to remake it AND APOLOGIZE, i got neither! I won't ever buy anything from Rico's anywhere ever again!!!!
