Great service and food my wife and I really enjoyed the entire experience. Isla was amazing, she really treated us great as our server! We love the wings here, Chicago burger and peanut butter pie all were excellent. They are doing a good job with the covid guidelines every table is six feet apart and all staff wear masks at all times.

It had been several years since my last visit. Some things have improved. But mostly the same. Glad to see dining room feels open with windows and plexiglass. Waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. Had tamale combo. The food was good. The margaritas were weak.. For the price I expected better cocktail.

Clean and safe. Easy parking. Good convenient location for travelers. Very busy yet waitress and manager were very attentive and friendly. Quick service. We had 4 meals. One burrito had the wrong filling. The waitress apologized and very quickly brought another. She was very friendly. The manager came and was a perfect example of courtesy and concern. He displayed leadership skills, confidence and customer service skills that were outstanding.

We have stopped there twice. We have a sailboat in Mackinaw City, and pass through Gaylord on our way upstate. The first time we went there was on a whim. I said, " let's try that place"! I'd like to say, I would drive from Kalamazoo to Gaylord just to eat there. The food and service are just wonderful! My husband and I ordered the same menu items both times we went in there. I had fajitas and my husband had a wet burrito. Both were very much enjoyed. In conclusion I would like to say that I think it's a place you don't want to drive by on the highway. If you enjoy Mexican food, this is a place to try.

The food is good and the staff are always nice. I got the fajita burrito with mesquite grilled steak. It tasted good, but the steak didn't have any flavor, but when I mixed it with the refried beans it tasted really good. The menu said it came with guacamole but for some reason mine didn't. Otherwise great food and great experience.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and good service. Family favorite when in the area when I was growing up and is always a treat to stop in as an adult. Definitely try the local root beer (Wild Bill's?) they serve here, best root beer I've ever had. Better than the one in Lansing by far, but it's been awhile since I've been to the one in Petoskey so hard to judge there.
