I’ve been there a few times. The food is great. I usually get a table and always receive great customer service. But when I sit at the bar I always get ignored by the bartender. Granted she was busy but I kept asking a few times I wanted a drink but she ignored me and continued to help the men that were next to me. They received their drinks but didn’t help me. Then the guys got her attention again she immediately ran to them. I will still come to this restaurant but will make sure I get a table.

I just ate what may very well be the best burger and fries in Gaylord (at least it was the best I've had in the city so far). With the lockdown on indoor dining currently in effect, I decided to support local business in my carry out choice. I'm very happy that I did. Sure, the price is higher than at Culver's and Five Guys, but it's definitely worth it.

AVOID – took forever, low quality food Waitress was cool and the 2 hearted was tasty as usual. That’s where the positives end. Waited an hour for our food. Complained, no response. Margarita pizza was like a hot and ready with some tomato slices. Cost $14, should have been $4. Added blackened salmon to the salad. Not blackened just dry, overcooked and salty. No concession on the bill, despite our complaints. Management should be embraced by all aspects of this restaurant. If you are considering this restaurant, move on.

I would not recommend going for lunch. Their menu does not have apps or desserts. The waitress would not make truffle fries for us because that's a dinner item and the cooks can't. She also didn't put my husbands order in and we all had food except for him. We were not offered compensation or anything. It was an overall bad experience. Dinner has always been great however.

We chose a lot of different options so we could try a little bit of everything. We had the spinach and artichoke dip, the pretzel with beer cheese and honey mustard, and the calamari for an appetizer. The pretzel was definitely our favorite. We loved the beer cheese dip and the honey mustard sauce. My husband had the burger, my mom had the lobster macaroni and cheese, and I had the salmon. They were able to cook everything the way we wanted and mix and match our sides however we asked which was awesome. The salmon filet was the largest piece of salmon I've ever gotten at a restaurant before. You usually get these dinky little things, but this piece was enough for me to bring the other half to lunch today. We will definitely be going back!
