Kiss The Cook Restaurant

When you walk in you get this immediate sensation of comfort and joy. The interior designe of the place gives me home like vibes and there is just enough decorations to have something to look at while not being overwhelming. The server is outstanding and food gets to you really quickly. Not to mention they give you a basket of mini muffins that are warm and fluffy right off the bat. To top off the experience they give you a Hershey kiss before you leave. 😘

**A Diamond In The Rough** This is hands down one of the cutest and coziest restaurants. Me and my family were driving through and all starving, and saw this place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside and definitely in need of some TLC to the building, but we stopped anyways, and I’m so glad we did. Our waitress was Suzanne, and she could not have been anymore hospitable or attentive. She’s so friendly and kind and have great suggestions on the menu. We ordered the chicken fajita omelette, corn beef hash, and blueberry cream cheese stuffed French toast breakfasts not a single item we ate was less than fantastic. Everything cooked fantastically and seasoned to perfection. I forgot to mention while you’re waiting for your food they bring out a basket of fresh and warm mini muffins and real butter to snack on. They’re so good, and tasty we ordered a basket to go for later. I really don’t know what was better here, the breakfast we ordered, the muffins while waiting, or Suzanne being so friendly, funny, and welcoming. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awesome little mom & pop shop! Very charming inside, a nice change from the chain & strip mall places. Breakfasts are served with a basket of mini-muffins, which are delicious! We particularly liked the Cajun hollandaise sauce. They take credit cards, but much prefer payment in cash to avoid the credit card fees

Always a yummy breakfast!!! We each ordered the Cooks Combo which includes 2 eggs any style, 2 bacon or sausage, 2 pancakes and bakers basket. We also added a side of potatoes for a couple dollars more. When ordering any meal with a bakers basket they will bring out a basket of warm tiny muffins (usually an assortment of zucchini, bran and pineapple) and these are to die for! You can also purchase some to take home. The food always comes out fresh and hot and the pancakes are light and soft, not dense like hockey puck pancakes, and served with a topping of soft whipped butter and one of my favorites in the area. The scrambled eggs are cooked fluffy, never hard and bacon is always crispy. The only drawback for me is all of the clutter and knick knacks in the dining area collecting dust. There are even displays on tables taking up valuable dining space. Some of the chairs are quite uncomfortable and most of the chairs do not match like they were from your grandma and her friends old used furniture. They have about 6 outside eating area tables as well. There are a couple of cute statues and I understand this is their decor, but I guess I am watching to much Restaurant Impossible and prefer a restaurant more streamlined and dust free eating environment. Overall the food is worth overlooking all of the dusty clutter in the restaurant and possibly waiting for a table because of the wasted seating space. One of my favorite go to restaurants for breakfast!

Wish I could give a 4.5. That being said, great food, great atmosphere and great service from Chris! Really good corned beef hash. I love the peppers and onions in it. Cooked crispy on the outside. Good potatoes. Eggs perfect. The gravy was good, but the biscuits were to die for! I would say the best biscuits I have eaten! Nice appetizer with the mini muffins! And you get a "Kiss" when you are done!
