Coyote Oaties Gourmet Oatmeal Cookies

Where to begin. Headed over to Glendale Glitters for what I thought was going to be an enormous 30th anniversary celebration… sadly it looked like a ghost town. What was once a bustling little area full of people and beautiful lights was nothing but a joke… which brings me to my actual review of Coyote Oaties. My husband and I stumbled upon this cute little shop four years ago and the line was out the door.. this year, sadly, with the lack of city funding for Glendale glitters the clientele just wasn’t there. It’s shops like these that keep this historic neighborhood magical and we have to do everything we can to shop local and support small businesses. The atmosphere was very cozy, Hallmark feels were definitely felt. The cookies were amazing as always and the customer service was unmatched. Love walking into stores where you feel like family. When you’re in the area PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop by here for some delicious food and holiday joy.

This place is adorable, but for the love of all things holy and hedonistic, the DJ in the front had music up too loud and the vibe was very off from the atmosphere in the shoppe. Also, the bathroom is under construction, which really stinks for those of us who traveled an hour+ just to get there. Without basic amenities, it's difficult to want to come back. The macarons were mostly ok, I'd say stick with the coconut one.

I had a craving for ice cream and I stumbled upon this cute little shop. The atmosphere alone will have me coming back, but I would also love to come and try more of their menu. If you’re a thrifty ice cream fan you’ll find those flavors here! They also serve sandwiches, lemonades, cake pops, brownies, cookies and so much more. Can’t wait to go back!

If you want something sweet stop by here. Their cookies are amazing. They have many varieties of oatmeal cookies. In addition to those there are all sorts of other sweets - cake pops, ice cream, candy. But they are more than just sugar - they have sandwiches and a variety of cold and hot drinks. If you want to support local businesses this is a great opportunity.
