Pizza Hut Wingstreet

The quality has really gone down hill, while prices have gone up. Ordered a cheese stuffed, hand tossed crust, and the crust was so thin you could see the sauce through it! Also ordered an original pan crust pizza (at $2 extra) and they overcooked it. In addition, the pasta we ordered was dried out and there was no sauce with the breadsticks. Time to find somewhere else for pizza.

Although we have ordered from this location before, the past two experiences were very poor. Roughly about two weeks ago we order the usual "Big Box" with wings and at first I was surprised of how poorly the customer service experience over the phone was, not usual. But when we received our order the order of honey BBQ wings looked more like regular breaded wings sprinkled with the sauce (shown in the picture). In addition the pie was soggy as if it was sitting for a long time. I sent them an email with my concern and the picture and never heard back from them. We figure we give them another try today. As i called and spoke with the young lady, she asked me if i could call back or wait on the line as they were busy, i said no problem, I'll wait and she disconnected the call. So much for ordering from this location. Rather pay higher prices from Jo Jo's Pizza and WAY better customer experience.

Curbside pick up service is terrible. Have experienced this before, but decided to give it another try. Just as bad this time. Sat in car for 10 minutes after hitting the 'I'm here' button. No one came out, but people walking in were getting their orders right away. I tapped the button again and got the message to call. I did and no one answered. Had to go in and get my food. When ordering at home, I added a $3.00. Ripoff, leaving a tip and having to go in and get your own food. I want my tip back Pizza Hut. Sheesh!

Pizza was great and contactless take out was even better. However, I literally chipped my tooth on the garlic knots. I took a bite out of it and had searing pain from my bottom front tooth. Went and took a look and there's a small chip on it. I grabbed the rest of them and tossed them away. They were hard as a rock. Very disappointed. Now I have to see a dentist to get my tooth fixed.

Ordered a medium pan crust, two-topping pizza online using an earned rewards for carry out. Went there and the order board said it would be ready bt 6:55pm. It was 7:03pm when we got there. Waited while others who ordered after us picked up their order. When ours came out, it was the WRONG pizza with the wrong toppings. They said it would take an additional two minutes to make another one. Waited more than two minutes - took almost 30 minutes for us to finally get our pizza. What's worse was no sincere apology and no attempt by manager to make it right. I would expect much better service from this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Horrible customer service. I am a repeat customer. Ordered online for delivery. Because delivery driver didn't have enough cash to give me my change, instead of getting 18% tip, he got 27% tip. I asked, what can I do? He said I don't carry much money and walked away. I stopped him to ask if he could at least give me the rest of my order from his bag. Lost a customer!!! I would rather have Domino's or pay a little more for Streets of New York at least they don't rip me off. Pizza dough was still raw in center on top of it.

Mixed review because the place was clean and relatively empty upon arrival. I ordered a couple of thin crust pizzas which came out very fast. However, I was disappointed with the amount of pizza sauce, or lack thereof. In addition, the amount of toppings, or once again the lack thereof, was scarce. In fact, before leaving another customer entered to complain about her pizza. I will not be returning to this location.
